incorporate a person assigned to its production center in Soria to the Finance
Department, for a position of Finance Administration Technician.
MISSION: Managing and controlling the economic and financial resources.
Managing and sending all the economic and financial information requested by the
Head Office (reporting). Supervise and coordinating the tasks related to the
internal control of economic and financial management of the company.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Designing, stablishing and supervising the company’s financial strategy,
together with the Management Team and according to the Head Office
guidelines.
2. Managing the necessary economic resources to achieve the company’s
objectives, optimizing the cash-flows.
3. Together with the Administration Responsible, ensuring and supervising
the right fulfillment of the internal accounting procedures, respecting the
procedures fixed in the annually Sumitomo Group’s audit.
4. Monitor the liquidity forecast report and the later review of possible
deviations. 5. Together with the Administration Responsible, carrying out the control -
functional and staff related - of the following activities: accountancy,
treasury, internal audits and financial analysis of the company, as well as
the coordination of the annually and quarterly external audits, providing
the required information by auditors, as well as the fulfillment of the
reports required by the Head Office.
6. Performing the monthly report of result (Performance Review) for the
Head Office and presentation to the Management, proposing the necessary
corrective measures to ensure the budget’s compliance. Elaboration
of monthly rolling forecast for the three next months.
7. Contacting with legal advisers and external accounting to ensure the
company fulfillment with legal and fiscal requirements.
8. Carrying out the Budget control and analysis to correct deviations.
Inventory prices, calculations.
9. Carrying out the correct planning and business plan, together with the
Management and to present it in the Head Office.
10.Finance analyses. Balance - income statement.
11.Establishing proper internal control system to avoid material mistakes in
Financial Statement and fraud in the company activity.
REQUIREMENTS:
➢ Unversity degree in Business Administration or University Degree in
Economics (or similar qualification)
➢ English skill (B2 Level). Minimum
➢ Specific Training in Accounting and/or Controlling
➢ Experience in similar positions welcome.
